What you’ll do: Greet visitors warmly and assist with tickets, memberships, and merchandise. Drive retail sales through smart upselling and promotions. Manage ticket counter operations during peak hours, handle POS systems, track sales, maintain inventory, and support daily reports. Collaborate with the team on promotions, resolve customer queries, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
What we’re looking for: 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. You should be customer-focused, a quick problem solver, digitally comfortable and a strong team player.
